Our Store Policies


Customers must disclose any health conditions or problems before we start the treatments.

Customers whose are taking Accutane, Retin-A, antibiotics, or other drugs that may cause skin sensitivity, should abstain from any waxing services.

Customers must refrain from any sunlight exposure for a period of 24 hours after any waxing services.

Customers must notify the Technician and/or Manager during the treatment, if any questions, concerns, and/or complaints arise. We will do our best to accommodate you during that time period. We cannot accommodate you if any concerns and/or complaints arise after the treatments.

Customers are responsible for the choice of colors. If you like to choose a different color, we will redo it at no extra charge if only the first coat is applied. If you are not satisfy after the final coat and wish to change your choice of colors, there will be an extra charge.

Customers with any other issues must be notified the store within 24 hours from the time of services with a receipt.

We require a deposit for any parties (the deposit amount is determined by the size of the party).

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

We do not accept personal checks. We accept Cash, Visa, and Mastercard.

We only accept TIPS in CASH.

All PAID services are non-refundable.
